Lactation Consult - In office

During this visit we will go over your concerns or questions, we may do a breast exam, feeding observation and/or weighted feed as needed. I will collaborate with you to address the challenges and make sure you are comfortable in any changes made and confident to practice them on your own. Afterward, you will be provided with a comprehensive care plan and resources.

This consultation is approx 90-minutes and includes a 45 minute follow up.

Lactation Consult  - Virtual

You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer in the comfort of your own home (and since we’re virtual, no need to do those dishes in the sink!)

We’ll go over your concerns or questions, we may do a breast exam and a feeding observation. I will collaborate with you to address the challenges and make sure you are comfortable in any changes made and confident to practice them on your own. Afterward, you will be provided with a comprehensive care plan and resources.

This consultation is approx 60-minutes and includes a 45 minute follow up.

Prenatal Consult - Virtual/In office

In this prenatal consult, we’ll discuss feeding options, go over what to expect after baby is here, we may do a breast exam, and go over techniques for how you plan to feed baby -pumping or latching and positioning. Afterwards, you will be provided with a list of resources.

This consultation is approx 75-minutes and you will also get 10% off your first Lactation Consult after baby is born!

This pumping consult is also ideal for going back to work. We will go over pump options (or you can bring yours) pump functions and fundamentals of pumping, flange sizing, milk storage and handling, bottle introduction and feeding.

You will be provided with a laminated fridge copy of milk storage guidelines and resources.

This consult is approx 60-minutes.
